1. General provisions
Once your order has been placed and paid for, in each case, you will have the right to cancel the services and request a refund. You have the right to cancel the services you have paid for by notifying us within a specified period of time.
The date we receive your refund request will determine whether a refund can be issued and the amount of any deductions associated with the refund.
You understand and agree that if you have already started using the services (accessed one or more classes or recordings of the training program) during the opt-out period, we may deduct from the amount you have paid the amount of the cost of the actual services rendered, at the time we receive your refund request. You have the right to cancel online training (access to training recordings, webinars and other paid training content) within fourteen (14) calendar days of order confirmation.
If you apply for a refund within the deadline, we will refund any payments received from you as payment for the course. To obtain a refund, please contact us and request a refund in the prescribed manner.
If you have already started using the services during the opt-out period (for example, by participating in one or more online classes, or by receiving a link to view or download video lessons or accessing the entire course at once on the education platform), we will deduct from your payment the value of the services actually provided at the time you request a refund. In this case, the refund amount is determined as the difference between the total cost of the services and the cost of the services actually consumed.
2. Refund processing
To cancel and issue a refund, please email us at [email protected] and we will confirm receipt of your refund request by email to the address provided at checkout as soon as possible after receipt of the email.
To issue a refund, be sure to let us know:
- FULL NAME
- email specified when placing the order
- Name of the service (full name of the course)
- Order date
- Information about payments – through which payment system the order was placed (Cryptocurrency, WayForPay),
Wallet number and its network (if the payment was made via cryptocurrency) or the number of the card from which you made the payment. - A screen of the payment itself or a receipt
- Specify the reasons for refusal of services
- Other necessary information that you deem necessary.
You understand that if you violate the procedure for requesting a refund or fail to provide us with the specified information, we have the right to refuse to refund you and not to consider your application.
3. Consequences of Refusing Service
If you submit your refund request within the specified timeframe, we will refund you within sixty (60) days from the date we receive your request.
For refunds, we will use the same payment method you used to pay for the services. We will deduct from the refund amount any additional bank or payment processor fees associated with the refund.
If you did not use the services (did not participate in the event, did not watch the classes available to you) through no fault of ours, or if you canceled the services after the deadline (after 14 days from the date of purchase) and in accordance with the established procedure, we will not refund the cost of such services to you.
4. special terms of withdrawal and additional refund guarantees
We expressly reserve the right to set different opt-out policies for individual Services (training programs, products, live events, webinars, intensives, etc.) or to provide you with additional unconditional refund guarantees by posting specific Opt-Out Terms on the product order page.
In the event that the Services have been provided in full prior to the expiration of the opt-out period (for example: you have already accessed all lessons and materials) and/or prior to receiving a refund request, no refund will be issued.
If you receive a refund request (cancellation of services) outside of the applicable cancellation period, no refund will be issued.
If you apply for a refund after 14 calendar days from the date of payment, no refund will be made. 14 days was enough to fully familiarize myself with the material and understand whether to continue the course or not. After 14 days, the seller agrees to fully provide all materials within the Lesson Schedule.
The date and time of the beginning of the purchase of the Goods is considered to be the time recorded by the payment system at the time of your payment.
All lessons and Tasks are provided on our online platform – daily access to new lessons and only after full payment for any of the Goods or on the website of the learning platform (additionally everyone will be notified).
If the Buyer deliberately refused to send (blocked bot or unsubscribed from sending e-mails) the Learning Material in Telegram or via e-mail, the Seller is not responsible for not providing the Material to the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for not receiving the material.
